Larry Silberman

Silberman is a social Psychologist specializing in psychodrama and education; he works on coordination of educational community projects. An actor, writer and director of both theatre and television, Silberman concentrates on humoristic spectacles. He has written, adapted, directed and acted in many performances for children in Latin America and the U.S. Coauthor and director of “Inútil presentarse sin cumplir los requisitos”, “¡Vieja el último!” and “Historias con ruidito”, Silberman also wrote the chapter on theatre for the book “Educación Artística para Maestros de Educación Primaria” and the book “Cómo Hacer Teatro sin ser Descubierto”, both published by the Ministry of Education. Silberman's work, his publications and his shows have earned him many grants and awards both in Mexico and abroad. He has been the co-director of the “Telón Abierto” International Festival for children’s Theatre so far. He also wrote and directed the TV program “Ciberkids” for Discovery Kids. He is member of Ashoka.

Jorge Ferro

Jorge Ferro studied at the escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes in Buenos Aires and completed his training in the fields of set and costume design, lighting and directing working with respected figures in those fields. He has worked on design for a great number of events in theatre, musical comedy, concerts, operas, film and television both in Mexico and Argentina. Ferro worked in teacher training and in consulting for the National Program for Grade-School Theatre between 1998 and 2000; he was professor of set design for the "Programa de Coinversión 2001” held by NOVIB and the Government of Mexico City. In 2001 he taught the INBA course “Dramaturgy and Theatrical Space and in 2002 he taught theatrical production.
